EPIC Student Ministries

What is EPIC?

A breakdown of the definition:

  • a poetic composition (our spiritual journey or STORY) with a hero (Jesus Christ);
  • an artistic expression through story (God's role—past, present and future—on mankind and all of His creation);
  • surpassing the usual or ordinary, especially in scope and size (Acts 1.8—But when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, you will receive power and will tell people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.);
  • heroic and impressive in quality (Matthew 5.16—Let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father).

At EPIC Student Ministries, we want every student to realize that they have been invited to play a part in the greatest story ever told—a story that is still being written.

So if you are student, how can you get involved?

There are two key ways to get involved:

Sunday Nights from 5:00-7:00pm, designed to let you explore Jesus Christ and Christianity in a non-confrontational way.

Student Life Groups (various times and places), designed for students to build important peer relationships and to dig deeper into what it means to be a follower of Christ.  Go to www.ourepicjourney.com/studentlifegroups/ for more information.
